My approach to our work
I'm a highly experienced coach with a passion for enabling others to achieve their career aspirations. With a background that spans the U.S., the U.K., and Europe, I have dedicated the past decade to coaching and mentoring individuals in the technology industry.
Currently, I serve as the Director of Analytics for Wise, an international banking platform. Over the past three years, I have successfully built and scaled a team of 40 analysts, overseeing global product offerings. Prior to this, as an Analytics Program Manager at LinkedIn, I focused on identifying trends in career paths across various industries, helping individuals with diverse professional backgrounds thrive.
My expertise lies not only in my own rapid growth as an individual contributor, but also in developing numerous individuals and managers at different levels of seniority, guiding them towards successful careers. It brings me great joy to witness others tackle complex challenges and make a meaningful impact.
